CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
